At Bear Olive, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy is designed to provide clarity and ease when it comes to returning items. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This policy allows us to maintain the quality of our products while ensuring that our customers have a hassle-free return experience.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a return and refund for any products that have been personalised by a colour and a name if the product is faultless. We also cannot guarantee an exact colour as the resin is a natural product that varies slightly. This is what makes it all the more individual. That said we will do out best to ensure that the colour matches your request as near as possible.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
